Encountering a roach in the bathtub was unsettling, and I noticed the shower needed more attention. Additionally, the bed was quite uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep well after my recent surgery. Limited housekeeping services led to some frustrations as well, especially given the conditions of the room. Communication could definitely improve. I had a minor issue with the smoke detector that required a late-night battery change, and there were no staff around to assist promptly. Overall, this place has potential due to its location and pricing, but it would greatly benefit from better maintenance and improved service.

intown suites extended stay houston tx, jersey village is a nice quiet place. the rooms are quite clean and the location is super convenient with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. it also offers a pleasant on-site laundry facility, which is handy for longer stays.

Just spent 12 nights in a Deluxe Studio. The kitchen was useful for cooking meals since we were there for a while. Also, it was nice that there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. But the room could have used some cleaning. I found bugs in the shower and it smelled like smoke. The bed didn’t help either, super uncomfortable, especially since I had surgery recently. A bit of TLC is needed here.

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend rest in Houston with good value. The kitchenette provided a nice way to prepare meals without eating out all the time. Bring extra batteries for smoke alarms—they may need replacing while you’re there.
