What you’ll love and what you won’t
Affordable rates and convenient location near dining and shopping! Though, expect limited amenities and irregular housekeeping.
Staff attitude is poor, and cleanliness issues make it uninviting. The uncomfortable beds left much to be desired!

The area is convenient with many nearby restaurants, but my experience was marred by unhelpful staff and uncomfortable beds that didn't support my recovery after surgery.

I appreciated the affordable rates at Intown Suites, especially with a kitchenette in my Deluxe Studio that allowed meal prep. The nearby grocery stores and restaurants were super convenient, making it easy to grab supplies or take a quick walk for dining options. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Encountering a roach in the bathtub was unsettling, and I noticed the shower needed more attention. Additionally, the bed was quite uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep well after my recent surgery. Limited housekeeping services led to some frustrations as well, especially given the conditions of the room. Communication could definitely improve. I had a minor issue with the smoke detector that required a late-night battery change, and there were no staff around to assist promptly. Overall, this place has potential due to its location and pricing, but it would greatly benefit from better maintenance and improved service.

Nice quiet place, pretty clean rooms. On-site laundry facility that gets the job done for longer stays without breaking the bank.
Encountered a roach in the bathtub. Smoke detector issues required a 3:00 a.m. battery swap. Fast WiFi advertised but non-functional, and a fire alarm went off without explanation. Check-in was delayed as the front desk opened late, leading to a bit of frustration.

Just spent 12 nights in a Deluxe Studio. The kitchen was useful for cooking meals since we were there for a while. Also, it was nice that there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. But the room could have used some cleaning. I found bugs in the shower and it smelled like smoke. The bed didn’t help either, super uncomfortable, especially since I had surgery recently. A bit of TLC is needed here.

I recently stayed in a Deluxe Studio for 12 nights and found it to be a nice quiet place. The room was pretty clean, and I appreciated having a kitchen with a stovetop, which made meal prep easy. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, making it super convenient for my family.
Limited housekeeping services.

The location is fantastic, with many restaurants and shops just a short walk away, making it super convenient for our group. The rooms are spacious, providing enough room for us to relax and hang out together. Additionally, they have a nice kitchenette that allowed us to prepare some meals ourselves, which helped save on dining costs.

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend rest in Houston with good value. The kitchenette provided a nice way to prepare meals without eating out all the time. Bring extra batteries for smoke alarms—they may need replacing while you’re there.

Mixed experience with cleanliness and comfort issues
I recently spent 12 nights in a Deluxe Studio and appreciated the reasonable rates and nearby convenience of restaurants and grocery stores. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was an issue, with bugs encountered in the shower and a lingering smoke smell. The mattress was also uncomfortable, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I think there could be considerable improvements in maintenance and housekeeping.
